Woohoo, now you're in the third worst league in FM! Mrgreen

Excellent season, hopefully now you can get in some better players AND keep hold of them.

Good luck and KUTGW Thup

theres always Indonesia.....

My wage budget is pretty much maxed out, as I've had a lot of promotion related wage rises. However, I've got a reasonable first team and plenty of youth players who have potential to play in the prem, so lets see how it goes.

Good luck with staying up after being beaten heavily on numerous occasions by Linfield. Mrgreen

Out of interest did Rangers stop ten in a row in Scotland?

Distillery 2035-36

Managed to bring in some frees, including a previous youth product of mine who had already 3 spent 3 seasons at various prem clubs and was still only 20

Had a half decent start but then went on a losing streak and had to tinker with tactics. After 7 consecutive defeats in all competitions we then went 2-1-0 to drag ourselves into mid table. After 20 odd games it was looking like a 3-way shootout between us, lower maze and institute for the relegation and playoff spots. Some reasonable results for all of us made it a fairly even race between the bottom six. After 33 games the league splits and the top six and bottom six play each other one more time. Game 36 was an absolute six pointer against lower maze, who were below us on GD. Up popped big kev on 70minutes with an absolute rocket for the 1-0 win. This was followed by a 4-2 win over bangor to leave us 2 points ahead of them and 3 points ahead of lower maze in last place with a game to go. A win would leave us definately safe. A 2-2 draw left 4 teams on the same points, an we finished 10/12 clear of relegation worries on GD

League cup
Out in third round to premiership dungannon 3-1

County antrim shield
Semi final lost to premiership crusaders 3-1

NI Cup
Lost first game to fuckin Larne 3-1

Distillery 2036-7
No major arrivals and some players not tied down allowed to leave in an attempt to balance the books. Started with fixtures against glentoran and linfield losing both.
Form became slightly better after that.
One of my u19 players got called up to Northern Ireland u19 team
2-10-7 and one point off the danger zone halfwAy through the season. There followed a monstrous losing streak which left us bottom before we steadied the ship. Still bottom, and two points adrift of safety, we faced Institute in a six pointer. A nervy 3-1 win saw us out of the dropzone by a point with 7 games to go
Surprisingly after the league split we went 4-0-1 to finish 8th , 4 points clear of the playoff and 14 points clear of relegation

County Antrim shield
QF out on pens to prem cliftonville

League cup
Out in 3rd round to premiership carrick

Excellent work surviving for another year. Are you starting to look for other jobs in other countries, or do you feel you want to see this through to a cleague win?

Hopefully balancing the books means yo ucan start bringing in some fresh talent and climbing the table.

Well my next target is to make the cut off when the league splits, and finish top half. Once I've achieved that I will go for top four and europe, then chip away at glentoran then linfield. I think I want to see how far I can take this club as I have grown attached however the financial situation is dire so if an amazing offer came in i would give it some thought

Distillery 2037-8

Started with three defeats by the odd goal, before playing the reserves in the county shield due to fixture congestion and going straight out. Went 2-1-1 to get back on track then sent out the youngsters in the league cup. They went through and after that in an early highlight we ploughed coleraine 8-2 away. Then came something of a landmark! Linfield 0-1 distillery. After playing them 6 times in the league and losing them all, we performed really well.
Wins kept coming and after 20 games we were 11-2-7 in 4th place, a point behind Glenavon but well off the pace of glentoran and linfield.
Next up we’re glentoran in the league cup semi final. We had in fact beaten them this season in the league so I fancied us to give them a game
With two minutes to go, up popped big Kev to slot home but they equalised from an injury time free kick. They scored again twice in extra time to send us crashing out .
We bounced back with another 1-0 win over linfield for our 6th straight league win to go 3rd, still 10 points off the pace but happy to be there
Back to back losses to Glenavon in the league and cup put us back down to 4th and back in our place.
Going into the split we were 4th, but 11pts clear of 5th so mission accomplished for then season and then some
Went 1-0-4 after the split but still finished fourth. If linfield won the cup final we would qualify for Europe sadly they didnt, so we will have to be content with a great league season

Distillery 2038-39

Went 4-0-2 before breaking to get to the QF's of the county shield.form became more erratic and I rejigged tactics. Went out of league cup in the QFs
New tactic worked well and at the halfway point we were 10-2-7 and in 4th position
Went straight out of the NI Cup
Form faltered a bit but we stayed in the top half.
Went straight out of the all ireland cup 1-1 and 2-1 to dundalk (1st time in this cup)
Limped into the split in 5th place. Went 0-2-3 and finished fifth, still way off the pace but another season in the top group and I will take that at this point
