Stupid Questions

No its just my first season with them and I inherited a great squad. For that reason I think it was boring to win. If I'd have built the team myself from nothing it would have been more of an achievement but I've been entered into the Hall of Fame after 1 season Confused How crazy is that.

I quite fancy a go in the Land of Cuckoo so I'll write my letter now. (I'll have to remember to leave out all the vowels or they won't understand it!)

Thanks guys Thup

Sorry about that. I mentioned in the prefix thread that I had changed them and that the default might be wrong on some still.

I altered it to FM'11 for you, but for reference you can change it by editing your initial post and choosing the relevant version from the Prefix dropdown (just before the thread title).

Mates is it cheating if I look at the jobs menu and find a new job from there or I should follow who is fired and etc. only from the news?

I always assumed it was ok to go to the job centre to look for a job Wink

The jobs page isn't secret. IRL we all know who's on the verge of getting the boot (currently Grant, Calderwood et al) and jobs that are vacant.

Tell you mate to try flagellation, it's more fun than his FM ubermegazealot stance!

100 years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like; but the world may be a little better because I was important in the life of a child.

Alright, great! I rarely venture out of this part of the forum so missed the thread, apologies.

I just wondered if anyone ever changes the currency to match the league they are playing in? I haven't up until now, but i have to say realistic or not, it's tough thinking in terms of £100 = 1.44M Indonesian Rupiah

I went on honeymoon to Indonesia a couple of years ago. Only time I have paid several million anything (besides braincells and dignities...) for a beer. Makes the £3 pint more (very very slightly) acceptable.

Yeah it is really bad playing BSN/BSS in FM and having to use the local GBP currency - it doesn't even have a key on the standard keyboard :p

Not a particularly LLM related question, but having just been involved in a penalty shoot-out and noticing the linesman being attentive on the junction of the goalline and six yard box, has anyone ever had or seen a penalty retaken on FM?

Pretty sure it's not part of the game's functionality.

in the interests of realism...

What is an acceptable number of trial players you can bring in in the off season?
