Welcome aboard Luigi.

Are you a Geordie with Italian roots or an Italian that happens to like Newcastle?

Look forward to seeing you around

The second one Mrgreen
I got disgusted by italian football quite a few years ago (corruption, violence, obsolete and often desert stadiums, annoying media and unbearable supporters), while I've been liking english football since I was a kid. I literally fell in love with Sir Bobby's Newcastle just when I was quitting following italian football, and since then I only follow english leagues (and especially NUFC, of course Mrgreen ). Every year I go to SJP to watch at least the derby with the mackems, and I have to say it's always the highlight of the whole year Smug

I had a finnish girlfriend.
What other reason may one have to move to Finland? Mrgreen
I love living here though, and even if I broke up with that girl now I have absolutely no intention to move back to Italy Smile

After Sunday's result I think we can safely say that the words 'Newcastle' and 'Finnish' don't go together Wink

Isn't it amazing? Smug

Well we're pretty crap in this period, and there's no way in hell we're gonna repeat the last season, so the usual (and annual) thrashing from Man Utd didn't come unexpected.
Now, as much as I hate the international break, it comes on the right time cause we desperately need to get some injured players back in the squad. The next is a game we can NOT afford to lose Mrgreen

Newcastle's a good choice. Smile I still harbor dreams of going to Goodison, shame I didn't manage it in the 3 years I had at University. but anyway, I'm rambling on.. hope you'll feel right at home here. Mrgreen

I was at the Finnair Stadium only once, to watch HJK-VPS Vasaa. It's a nice little stadium, although a bit weird that they have a kind of terrace bar in the middle of the central stand Blink
I follow a bit, but in general it's quite a crappy league Mrgreen
