Merry Christmas!!

Hope none of you have been flooded or have a power cut. What shit timing for that to happen! We're ok here.

I'm in Australia, it's 32 degrees, and the sun is baking down onto my backyard.

So no, hasn't happened here yet.

EDIT: On a more serious note, I just saw that Tonbridge, 5 mins from where I used to live, is flooded. Nuts to see the high street like that and hope everyone is fine.

Happy Christmas chaps.

Hope you're all very happy with the gifts of socks and unwanted aftershave. I know I am.

Have a good one.

Have a good one folks!

Possibly the worst socks I've ever suffered as a present this year. Quite extraordinary - a remarkable effort by Cath Mrgreen

I'm hoping the new drainage system works wonders and tomorrow's home game against Three Bridges will be on. Plans are afoot for a pub breakfast at 10.00am for a 1.00pm KO.

Merry Christmas to all. I hope everyone has a great one and are not caught up in the floods in England or the power outages due to ice storms in the USA.

It was a cloudy but comfortable 22 deg C day here in Canberra with some light rain in the afternoon. Big day with the get together with Lisa's family (my family does Chinese New Year instead so that makes it easy). The all kids got spoilt rotten with lots of gifts. We all got stuff full of food, with plenty of leftovers for the rest of the week. I must be getting old, I only manage to eat about 1/4 kg of prawns (normally I will eat 1-1.5 kg of prawns) but we will be having prawns on salad for lunch tomorrow. They were nice fresh large tiger prawns that I managed to buy for $28/kg.

Nothing says profiteering like blocking (apparently) every other maker's USB wifi adapter than your own brand's for a smart tv. Lol

From all myself and all my family, wishing you all a fantastic Christmas spent with those you love.
100 years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like; but the world may be a little better because I was important in the life of a child.

That's a nice gift to get Ken, do you know him personally or was it just a signing?

I do know him yes. Had a few nights with him in St Helens, and worked with him a little too.

This was actually from a signing in Hull where my mum bought the book for me and told him who she was Mrgreen
