I was absolutely gutted! Ana heard my cries of anguish from the other end of the house!

We will have to ask Ana if he spent the next 10 mins mopping up to her end of the house to explain the ruckus with lots of eye rolls, sighs and looking up at the ceiling Mrgreen

I now the pain though Dave. I have little stages of good form where I think I'm finally getting there, then *snick* I'm out of there and suddenly I can't even buy a run!

It's so realistic it is absolutely infuriating, and is the one game that has me restraining myself from taking the disc out of the PS3 and snapping it in half Mrgreen

Had a 200 run partnership for the second wicket last night. Moeen Ali scored 143 of them. I ended up scoring 80-odd in the innings, before getting out for a rapid fire cameo 17 in the second innings when teeing off to force a result. We won by 249 runs, with 12 minutes to spare in the match!

I got a massive 557 XP for that game, too!

My 16 year old career player finally came of age!

After a debut fifty in a shield match against Queensland, complete with 47 in the second innings, I bagged another fifty against South Australia in the shield, despite being absolutely terrified by the off spin of Johan Botha.

I then played the corresponding one dayer and survived Botha again to smash 78, putting on 26 off poor Chad Sayers in one over.

I backed it up with 3-20 with the ball to take my first man of the match trophy.

I tell you what, those fifties were a hard slog. I've just had to learn to settle and then favour certain balls into weaker areas of the field. Once I get into the 40s I get a little more aggressive, depending on the need of the innings. Poor Chad suffered because I was running out of partners and we needed to up the run rate to set a good total...

Yeah, it is so realistic in that you have to play yourself in properly and manipulate the field where you can. I think it is a little more lenient in the T20 with regards to early aggression, but it's still hard.

I got a 5 f'r in a T20 games for Worcestershire against Gloucester. Pretty much single figures for batting. Just can't get it going Sad
100 years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like; but the world may be a little better because I was important in the life of a child.

In my second BBL Season I have opted to sign for Perth Scorchers, and scored 57 from 34 balls on my debut. In my first BBL Season I scored 97 runs in the whole thing, with 40-odd coming in the semi final!

Hey, I got a runners up medal last year, so I feel like I deserve a crack at winning it this year  Mrgreen

Problem is that despite Katich and I putting on over 100 for the first wicket inside 10 overs, we still lost. I blame Nathan Coulter-Nile  Mad

Lost in the semi finals to Melbourne Stars in the BBL, and guess who went on to win the tournament with a 100% record? That's right, my former team Sydney Thunder. Sad

Anyway, got contract offers from the IPL and opted for Hyderabad Sunrisers so I didn't have to face Dale Steyn. Have scored a fifty-odd and thirty-odd in my 3 matches so far.

Now and then a bug emerges - we were just 12 runs away from victory with 40 balls to go against Victoria when rain stopped play deep into the evening. The scorecard came up reading match tied. This incensed me.

Oddly though the players then came out again to finish the match - in the morning!
